Engage with internal customers, Global Automation Owners, and Subject Matter Experts in the evaluation to provide the best technical solution to meet production and efficiency goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, robotics, or similar field with 5 years of related work experience.

• Promote good manufacturing practices and efficient automation design.

• Capable of programming PLCs, industrial robots, vision systems, and control systems based on production requirements.

• Understand machine safety and personnel safety requirements.

• Execute capital automation projects with other technical disciplines effectively to accomplish objectives despite demanding schedules.

• Create working relationships with other Engineering functions, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Suppliers.

• Demonstrate effective communication skills to convey complex and detailed information to a wide range of individuals and audiences with different knowledge levels.

Salary and benefits

The annual salary range is $105,000 - $138,500, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
