Driving Value Creation — Drive technical solutions for Manufacturing and Operations initiatives through the delivery of cost-effective, high-quality scope definitions and automation specifications through effective team collaboration and alignment.
Network and Technology Support - Support our production network through innovative thinking skills to provide technical solutions and troubleshooting for new and existing automated systems. Lead the discovery, evaluation, and advancement of robotic technologies. Leverage technical skills to improve productivity and deliver business results.
Leading with a Production Focus - Demonstrate technical and business leadership within cross-functional teams while supporting the company philosophy and direction. Engage with internal customers, Global Automation Owners, and Subject Matter Experts in the evaluation to provide the best technical solution to meet production and efficiency goals.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, robotics, or similar field with 5 years of related work experience.
Promote good manufacturing practices and efficient automation design.
Capable of programming PLCs, industrial robots, vision systems, and control systems based on production requirements.
Understand machine safety and personnel safety requirements.
Execute capital automation projects with other technical disciplines effectively to accomplish objectives despite demanding schedules.
Create working relationships with other Engineering functions, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Suppliers.
Demonstrate effective communication skills to convey complex and detailed information to a wide range of individuals and audiences with different knowledge levels.
Salary and benefits
The annual salary range is $105,000 - $138,500, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
