As a Digital Marketing Strategist, you will focus on developing and executing digital campaigns for consumer brands. You will lead the effort to define marketing objectives, create digital content strategies, gain alignment across channels, and support the brands in engaging consumers for a wide range of snack products such as Pringles, Cheez-it & Club Cracker. Get ready to help elevate the company's digital presence by developing and implementing innovative marketing approaches with the Kellanova North American Consumer Experience team.

Driving Value Creation — Drive digital solutions for Brand Growth and Consumer Engagement initiatives through the delivery of cost-effective, high-impact campaign definitions and content specifications through effective team collaboration and alignment.

Network and Technology Support - Support our brand portfolio through innovative thinking skills to provide digital solutions and performance optimization for new and existing campaigns. Lead the discovery, evaluation, and advancement of digital platforms and new technologies. Leverage technical skills to improve consumer connections and deliver business results.

Leading with a Consumer Focus - Demonstrate digital and business leadership within cross-functional teams while supporting the company philosophy and direction. Engage with internal customers, Global Brand Owners, and Subject Matter Experts in the evaluation to provide the best engagement solutions to meet customer and consumer needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field with 5 years of digital marketing experience.

  • Promote good digital practices and innovative content design.

  • Capable of developing social media strategies, e-commerce activations, and influencer programs based on brand objectives and consumer insights.

  • Understand digital analytics and performance measurement frameworks.

  • Execute multi-channel marketing projects with other disciplines effectively to accomplish objectives despite demanding schedules.

  • Create working relationships with Brand Management, Consumer Insights, Sales, E-commerce, and Agency partners.

  • Demonstrate effective communication skills to convey complex and detailed information to a wide range of individuals and audiences with different knowledge levels.

Salary and benefits

The annual salary range is $95,000 - $125,000, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
