You will lead the effort to optimize workflow processes, create shift schedules, gain alignment on production targets, and support frontline teams in manufacturing a wide range of snack products such as Pringles, Cheez-it & Club Cracker with consistent quality. Driving Value Creation — Drive production solutions for Manufacturing and Quality initiatives through the delivery of efficient, high-quality line operations and team coordination through effective leadership and alignment.
Network and Process Support - Support our production network through practical thinking skills to provide operational solutions and troubleshooting for line challenges. Lead the implementation, evaluation, and improvement of standard operating procedures and work methods. Leverage technical skills to improve productivity metrics and deliver business results.
Leading with a Team Focus - Demonstrate operational and leadership capabilities within manufacturing teams while supporting the company philosophy and direction. Engage with production associates, Shift Supervisors, and Subject Matter Experts in the evaluation to provide the best operational solutions to meet production and team needs.
Requirements
Associate's degree in manufacturing, management, or related field with 3 years of production experience.
Promote good manufacturing practices and efficient workflow design.
Capable of coordinating line operations, managing material flow, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives based on production targets and quality standards.
Understand food safety requirements and manufacturing safety protocols.
Execute production schedules with other team members effectively to accomplish objectives despite demanding timelines.
Create working relationships with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Production Planning teams.
Demonstrate effective leadership skills to guide, motivate and develop a diverse team of production associates.
Salary and benefits
The annual salary range is $55,000 - $75,000, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
