Lead the discovery, evaluation, and advancement of quality testing equipment and new technologies. Leverage technical skills to improve safety standards and deliver business results.

Leading with a Consumer Focus - Demonstrate technical and business leadership within cross-functional teams while supporting the company philosophy and direction. Engage with internal customers, Global Quality Owners, and Subject Matter Experts in the evaluation to provide the best quality controls to meet customer and consumer needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in food science or related field with 7 years of quality assurance experience.

• Promote good manufacturing practices and hygienic product handling protocols.

• Capable of specifying quality control measures, testing procedures, and audit systems based on regulatory requirements and company standards.

• Understand food safety requirements and consumer protection regulations.

• Execute quality improvement projects with other technical disciplines effectively to accomplish objectives despite demanding schedules.

• Create working relationships with Manufacturing, R&D, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, and third-party testing facilities.

• Demonstrate effective communication skills to convey complex and detailed information to a wide range of individuals and audiences with different knowledge levels.

Salary and benefits

The annual salary range is $115,000 - $145,000, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
