Driving Value Creation — Drive analytical solutions for Performance Management and Strategic Planning initiatives through the delivery of comprehensive, high-quality KPI definitions and measurement specifications through effective team collaboration and alignment.
Network and Technology Support - Support our business operations through innovative thinking skills to provide metrics solutions and troubleshooting for reporting challenges. Lead the discovery, evaluation, and advancement of analytical methodologies and new technologies. Leverage technical skills to improve performance visibility and deliver business results.
Leading with a Business Focus - Demonstrate analytical and leadership capabilities within cross-functional teams while supporting the company philosophy and direction. Engage with internal customers, Global Analytics Leaders, and Subject Matter Experts in the evaluation to provide the best measurement solutions to meet strategic and operational needs.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in analytics, business, statistics or related field with 7 years of metrics and reporting experience.
Promote good data governance practices and robust analytical methodologies.
Capable of designing performance scorecards, attribution models, and reporting dashboards based on business requirements and strategic objectives.
Understand statistical analysis and data visualization principles.
Execute metrics implementation projects with other technical disciplines effectively to accomplish objectives despite demanding schedules.
Create working relationships with Finance, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and IT teams.
Demonstrate effective leadership skills to mentor and develop a team of analysts while communicating complex information to stakeholders with different knowledge levels.
Salary and benefits
The annual salary range is $115,000 - $145,000, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
