Driving Value Creation — Drive sustainability solutions for Environmental and Corporate Responsibility initiatives through the delivery of cost-effective, high-impact program definitions and carbon reduction specifications through effective team collaboration and alignment.
Network and Technology Support - Support our production network through innovative thinking skills to provide sustainability solutions and troubleshooting for energy and waste challenges. Lead the discovery, evaluation, and advancement of renewable technologies and circular packaging approaches. Leverage technical skills to improve environmental metrics and deliver business results.
Leading with a Stakeholder Focus - Demonstrate environmental and business leadership within cross-functional teams while supporting the company philosophy and direction. Engage with internal customers, Global Sustainability Leaders, and Subject Matter Experts in the evaluation to provide the best ecological solutions to meet corporate and societal needs.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in environmental science, sustainability, or related field with 5 years of relevant experience.
Promote good environmental practices and resource-efficient operational design.
Capable of developing carbon reduction strategies, waste elimination programs, and water conservation initiatives based on corporate goals and regulatory requirements.
Understand environmental regulations and ESG reporting frameworks.
Execute sustainability projects with other technical disciplines effectively to accomplish objectives despite demanding schedules.
Create working relationships with Operations, Supply Chain, Packaging, Communications, and external sustainability partners.
Demonstrate effective communication skills to convey complex and detailed information to a wide range of individuals and audiences with different knowledge levels.
Salary and benefits
The annual salary range is $90,000 - $122,000, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
